Victoria Pebbles started Watersprite in 2020 after 30 years in environmental policy and management. As a former Director at the binational Great Lakes Commission, Victoria has policy and management experience leading programs and projects in collaboration with non-profits, federal and state agencies, international organizations, philanthropy, and the business community. She also did a stints as Acting Deputy Director for the the U.S. Department of the Interior's US Geological Survey's Great Lakes Science Center and with the US Congress and the US Senate. Victoria has the technical know-how coupled with the policy and management savvy and pragmatic leadership skills to deliver solutions tailored to your needs. A network of other professionals may be leveraged as needed to ensure timely and effective services from Watersprite.
A water sprite is an elemental spirit associated with or that inhabits the water, can be playful or have magical powers. Watersprites are mostly harmless unless threatened.
